You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express prior written consent of okibet.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, okibet and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
okibet's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₱10,000 (Philippine Pesos), whichever is lower.
okibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account termination for breach, okibet may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the balance is determined to be clean and untainted by fraudulent or prohibited activity, it will be returned to the verified payment source minus any bonuses forfeited under the applicable bonus terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) serves as the primary regulatory authority governing okibet's operations.
In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the okibet Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through okibet's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notification, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules and procedures of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), or referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila.
Where PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures are applicable, those procedures shall take precedence over private arbitration as required by the relevant PAGCOR regulations.
